Our Services

Our Strategy

To develop a digital platform (App) that gives weekly, individual, anonymous, and empirical data that allows us to shape a culture for organizations locally, regionally, and nationally.

"LoveWell has been invaluable for our leadership team. It’s given us an actual measurement of the health of our leaders and practical ways to improve. I would whole-heartedly recommend this to leaders who truly want health and unity for their team."

Ryan Romeo, Pastor at Living Streams

ABOUT US

  • Burn-Out

  • Anxiety

  • Shame

  • Narcissism

  • Grief

  • Mental Health

These terms are now common language for most western organizations. They’ve had to educate their teams and update policies in order to accommodate a shifting culture trying to deal with the fall out of 2020.  The Great Revealer [a term used to describe the pandemic and social unrest of 2020] expedited a reality hidden by most humans...we worked too hard, rested too little, kept secrets, and had unchecked traumas in our personal and professional lives.  This has had a dramatic impact on the workplace with movements like “The Great Resignation,” and “Quiet Quitting.”How do you care for and retain employees without compromising the organization's mission/vision and goals?

In 2020, PHOENIX/ONE relaunched to help local churches deal with division and staff burnout.  In the process of doing events, personal counseling, and consulting, we confronted a few very real problems:

  1. Church staffs are more divided than ever.

  2. They’re not aware of how bad their care culture is and how it impacts them.

  3. They are not operating as a “body with many parts” where “one part is not more important than the other.” (1 Corinthians 12:12-27)

  4. Leadership is trying to communicate that they are safe, but staff don’t feel safe.

  5. There is a HUGE divide between the “ideal” vs. the “real.” For instance: Church leadership might say “this is the safest place on earth”- Ideal!  The truth is, working for a church is not safe, but there is a real desire to be that. - Real!

  6. Leadership is trying hard to respond to the mental health crisis by referring and even paying for staff to get counseling… that’s a good thing, but the problem is:  There are not enough mental health professionals to meet the need.

  7. The PHOENIX/ONE team has met its limit of how many we could care for and connect.

As a result of these learnings, we developed a new company called LOVEWELL to proactively address all the problems that churches and organizations are facing.

THE PROBLEMS

Organizational Division/Staff Burnout/Lack of Safety

Amidst all of the data that points to the problems, we have found very little preventative solutions. Most organizations deal with the fall out, and that is a huge problem that we would like to solve.

THE SOLUTION

To have safe weekly personal/professional check in through the LOVEWELL app that provides data that leads to clear next steps for personal and organizational health.

The app will create a safe check-in for staff to be vulnerable about their struggles both personal and professional, which is imperative to bending the curve on the holistic health of an employee. The app will allow staff to not only document their weekly insights, but also offer them real help through a network of Mentors, Shepherds, and Mental Health Professionals. On top of offering individual help, LoveWell will be able to track organizational, regional, and national data.
